Modern Slavery Statement
This statement is made pursuant to Section 54, Part 6 of the Modern Slavery Act 2015 and sets out the steps that CRL Contracts Ltd has taken to ensure that slavery and human trafficking is not taking place within its business or any part of its supply chain. This includes implementing and enforcing effective systems and controls in order to detect and/or prevent modern slavery.
Our Business
CRL Contracts Ltd was founded in 2005 and operates nationally across the Infrastructure Civils, Energy, Utilities, Rail, Construction and Allied industries.We pride ourselves on our high standards, reliability, community support, integrity and our commitment to carbon reduction
Employment
CRL Contracts Ltd check that all its employees both direct and indirect have the right to work in the UK. We are committed to operating responsible. Full identity checks are undertaken in a three-step process and completed with our CRM to ensure the measures we have in place are effective.
Training
To ensure a high level of understanding of the risks of modern slavery in our business, we have provided specific awareness training members of our company which includes our Directors, HR, Consultants/Recruitment, Health & Safety/CSR Managers, Line Managers and Supervisors on effective procurement processes and how to spot the signs.
