HGV Highways Operatives required in Kent, Essex and Cambridge.
PLEASE NOTE: THIS POSITION DOES NOT COMMENCE UNTIL 01.12.22 and the rate is still to be confirmed.
As an HGV Highways Operative, you will be involved in the delivery of both planned and reactive works and be required to ensure these works are carried out safely and in a timely manner. You will be responsible for the maintenance of the highways and other tasks as given by your team lead. It's essential for the successful HGV Highways Operatives to hold their Class 2 HGV licence and be confident in undertaking the works.
You will be responsible for the day-to-day safety of yourself plus supply chain within the team and to ensure all health, safety and quality requirements are met along with daily on-site risk assessment.
Full UK Driving Licence, City and Guild Highways qualifications NRSWA accreditation Ability to work with minimal supervision. Previous experience will be an advantage
